ServiceNow Security App

The Rapid7 Threat Command for Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence App (ServiceNow Security App) is an integration between the Rapid7 External Threat Protection Suite (Threat Command) and ServiceNow®. The integration enables ServiceNow users to view Threat Command alerts from the ServiceNow instance. In ServiceNow, Threat Command alerts with the open status will be imported and available as security incidents. Each alert will be converted into a security incident where the ServiceNow user can work on their assigned security incidents.

This section describes how to install, configure, and use the ServiceNow Security App.

This section assumes familiarity with both the ServiceNow platform and the Rapid7 ETP Suite.
