Manage Engine Service Desk legacy integration End-of-Life announcement
As of May 31, 2022, Rapid7 will start the End-of-Life (EOL) process for the legacy Manage Engine Service Desk integration for InsightVM. The Manage Engine Service Desk integration will no longer be publicly available for download on the Rapid7 website. To pursue integration opportunities between Manage Engine and Rapid7, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
This EOL announcement only pertains to future deployments or feature requests.
Customers that currently have the Manage Engine integration configured will not see changes in functionality.
