Do Not Apt Upgrade Your Rapid7 Physical Appliance

Unassisted upgrades of our Rapid7 Physical Appliance Operating System are not supported.

Please contact Rapid7 Technical Support for assistance with your physical appliance. An update will be available before the end of 2018 to those appliances that are still under license.

Unsupported upgrades of the Ubuntu OS on the physical appliance will void the warranty. This includes updates to Ubuntu 16.04 or later.
