ServiceNow Integrations Overview

InsightCloudSec supports a few different types of integrations with ServiceNow:

• ServiceNow Integration for InsightCloudSec - Use the BotFactory to send notification messages as ServiceNow incidents occur for associated resources.
• InsightCloudSec Integrations for ServiceNow - Use InsightCloudSec and its data as a foundation for various ServiceNow modules, including Configuration Management Databse (CMDB), Configuration Compliance (CC), and Vulnerability Response (VR).
