- Upgraded Bootstrap component for the Insight Agent: We upgraded the Bootstrap component (which is responsible for managing the update process for the Insight Agent itself and its companion components) to use Go v1.20.3 on all operating systems. This upgraded edition of the Bootstrap is in the process of being deployed to all Insight Agents in organizations with compatible update settings and is scheduled for completion by August 11, 2023. For agents to receive this upgrade during the rollout period, the organization to which they are attached must have Automatic Agent Updates enabled with Keep me on the latest version selected in your Agent Management experience.
- If your organization's update settings are not configured to allow the Bootstrap upgrade during the rollout period, the upgrade will also be packaged with the upcoming installer for version 3.3.4 of the Insight Agent. All Insight Agent versions from this point forward will include the Bootstrap upgrade automatically.
