We upgraded the Endpoint Broker component to use Go v1.20.12 on all operating systems. We’ve also made changes to the Bootstrap component to support future Endpoint Prevention features.
The Endpoint Broker component is responsible for relaying messages between the Rapid7 Insight Platform and various components that run on the endpoint, while the Bootstrap component is responsible for updating the Insight Agent components on the endpoint.
