New

Customer Requested

  • More SSH authentication methods for Scan Engines: The Scan Engine can now authenticate using SSH to systems that require an interactive logon as opposed to protocol-level authentication.

Customer Requested

  • New Cisco policy: We added a new Center for Internet Security (CIS) policy that provides coverage for Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 7.

Improved

  • Improved reports archive functionality: The reports archive now has additional filtering options and a search field to help you easily find the PDF exports of dashboards, CSV exports from the Query Builder, and Executive Summary reports that you’ve created in the past.

Fixed

  • We fixed an issue where the Affects table in vulnerability detail pages would not load if any of the affected asset records were missing a value in the Name column.
  • We updated our built-in CIS benchmark for CentOS 8 to resolve false positives and to make certain rules more robust to differences in configuration file formatting.
  • We updated the way we evaluate and compare RPM package versions on Red Hat systems in order to reduce false positives.
