This release includes a policy assessment fix and an additional change related to Golang vulnerabilities.

Fixed

  • Past policy assessments are now being removed within 24 hours, so that assets which have moved out of scope are no longer shown in the results.

Other Changes

  • We’ve upgraded to Golang 1.20.3 in response to security vulnerabilities found in Golang 1.16.2, which affects all versions of the Scan Assistant preceding 1.2.7. Visit the NVD website  for a list of the known vulnerabilities in Golang 1.16.2.

    It is recommended that Scan Assistant users update to the latest version.
