- Scan Assistant version. Version 1.3.8 of the Scan Assistant is now available. This version updates the Go runtime to version 1.21.12 and fixes an issue which caused the Scan to Upgrade for versions 1.3.6 and 1.3.7 to fail.
Improved
Reporting with First Found date. We improved how the First Found and Reintroduced dates are displayed for vulnerabilities across InsightVM. Now, you can go to the Vulnerability details view to find the date an issue was first detected in your environment and whether it was reintroduced since it was resolved.
Data from these columns can be surfaced in reports, such as in XML Export 2.0, SQL Query Export, CSV Exports, and Data Warehouse.
Fixed
- Empty or invalid tags in an Insight Agent configuration no longer prevent agent integration from progressing and being completed.
- We fixed an issue related to scheduling assessments for agent-based policies which sometimes resulted in assessing assets for policies that they were out of scope for. All assessments made in error have been cleaned up.
Other Changes
- The Web Spider tab and the Types of checks field in the scan template configuration wizard have been removed, following the deprecation of the Web Spidering option.
