This release includes new Microsoft Patch Tuesday content for July, new policy coverage for Windows 11, an update to the default file enumeration exclusion list, and a couple of fixes.

New

  • Microsoft Patch Tuesday coverage. This release includes new Microsoft Patch Tuesday content for updated scan coverage for July 2024. Check out our blog post  for details.
  • Policy content. We added a new Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) policy that provides a STIG for Windows 11 version 1, release 6.

Improved

  • Autofs exclusions. We added auto mount (autofs) file system types to the default exclusion list for the following operating systems:
    • IBM AIX
    • HP-UX
    • Linux
    • Oracle Solaris
    • Darwin

Fixed

  • An issue in the Maintenance section that prevented users from successfully performing PostgreSQL data migrations has been fixed.
  • Bulk asset tagging is no longer prevented if any IP addresses or asset names match previously deleted assets.
