This release includes added Fortigate coverage, updated Windows policy content, extended scan timeouts, and a fix.

New

  • Fortigate benchmark. We added built-in support for the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Fortigate 7.0.x benchmark.

Improved

  • Windows policy content. We updated our DISA Windows Server 2016 STIG to version 2, release 8.

  • Scan timeouts. Scans now adhere to the default Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) timeout property configuration for Windows machines using the Scan Assistant. The default is a maximum period of 5 minutes but additional Scan Assistant configuration can extend the maximum timeout to 20 minutes.

    Note, the Scan Assistant must be restarted for timeout configuration changes to take effect.

Fixed

  • Dates set in the risk trend section of a report configuration are now consistent for users across different time zones.
