Assign Alerts

You can assign an alert to other Digital Rick Protection (DRP) users. When an alert is assigned, the assignee will receive a notification.

You can assign a single alert or assign many alerts at one time.

To assign a single alert:

1. From the Alerts list, select an alert.
2. From the Alert header, click the assignee icon, then select an assignee.

The alert is assigned.

To assign multiple alerts:

1. From the Alerts list, select multiple alerts, as described in Perform Actions on Multiple Alerts.
2. From the Bulk actions toolbar, click the assignee icon, then select a new assignee.

The alerts are assigned.
