Perform Actions on Multiple Alerts

Many of the alert actions can be performed on multiple alerts by selecting those alerts before performing the action. The actions you can perform are in the bulk action toolbar and are marked with an asterisk in the alert actions table.

To perform actions on multiple alerts:

1. Go to Alerts > Digital Risk Protection > DRP Alerts.
2. Click the checkbox at the top of the alerts list to select all the listed alerts, or click the checkbox beside each individual alert that you wish to perform the bulk action on.

• The Selected counter indicates how many alerts are selected.
• You can use the filters to find similar alerts, and then select them all.

3. Select the desired bulk action. You can use any actions marked with an asterisk in the alert actions table.

This is a great way to perform an action on a group of alerts. For example, you may want to close all alerts that were last updated 6 months ago. You can use the filter options to display only those alerts, then select all, then close them.
