Subscription Management

Subscription Management provides your Command Platform administrators the ability to view subscription details relating to Rapid7 Command Platform solutions that you have purchased.

** To Access Subscription Management**:

  1. From the left menu of the Rapid7 Command Platform Home page, click the Administration link.
  2. From the left menu of the Administration page, click Subscription Management.

From here the user is presented with a Portfolio View of their Rapid7 subscriptions.

Your Customer Name is listed first at the top of the screen, including details of how long your Rapid7 account has been active.

Also noted here for increased awareness are any details of subscriptions that are either approaching expiration or have expired.

Subscription details are then listed in summary view below and can be filtered based on active/inactive or all subscriptions.

Within a subscription, details are provided on:

  • Product or package name to which the subscription applies
  • When the subscription will expire
  • The main entitlements included within the subscription
  • Subscription Status - Active/Inactive
  • Subscription Type (e.g. Purchased)

To the right of the screen, Rapid7 contact details for your Customer account are listed including their role and contact information.

It is possible to also then click into a specific subscription to obtain more detailed information on included entitlements. For InsightVM and Nexpose subscriptions, this also presents our Console Management capabilities.
