We’ve organized the forum by product to ensure ease of access and use, so click on the appropriate product category to see all of its relevant topics. If you want to post on the forum, you can login via your Insight platform account, then either create a new topic or post within an existing one.

Community guidelines and tips

If you’re looking to get a better understanding of the community as a whole, take a look at our Community Guidelines. In addition, here are some quick tips for posting on the forum, as well as generally getting the most out of your time there:

• You can use the search box on the homepage to search for any existing discussions on topics that may interest you. For instance, “vulnerability age.”
• If someone provides an answer to a question you’ve posted, click the “Solution” button on their post. This will officially designate it as the “Answer” and help others who may have the same question.
• When posting an image, script, or similar type of attachment, make sure to sanitize and remove any personal or organization-related information beforehand.
• If you see a post that is helpful or otherwise valuable to you, click the heart button on it to “like” it. This helps us understand what content you consider most valuable, and thus what we should continue to strive for.

Above all, we encourage folks to ask questions and share their own knowledge on the community forum to ultimately drive discussions and help one another advance in the security world.
