Social Engineering Campaign Taking a Long Time

If your social engineering campaign is interrupted, takes a long time or fails, below a few ways to fix it.

  1. Adjust the “Emails per batch”  settings. Change it to a lower number and send the campaign again.
  2. Adjust the “Delay between batches”  setting. Set a longer delay between batches.
  3. Review the “Tasks” page and check for any error messages.
  4. Make sure your SMTP settings are correct.
