This application populates Alerts in Custom Table and Create or Update Incidents in ServiceNow if criteria are matched.

2. Ability to Configure Incident Creation Criteria and Custom mappings for Incident.
3. Ability to auto-create incidents from Alerts based on Incident criteria.
4. Ability to automatically assign created incidents to specific users or user groups.
5. Ability to view all fetched Alert details.
6. Ability to create incidents manually from Alert details.
