This release includes new and updated Windows and Linux policy content and fixes a couple issues.

New

Customer Requested

  • New Windows policy: We added a new Center for Internet Security (CIS) policy that provides coverage for Windows 10 Intune.

Improved

  • Updated Center for Internet Security (CIS) policies: We updated the following CIS benchmarks:
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, version 1.0.1
    • CentOS Linux 8, version 1.0.1

Fixed

  • We fixed an issue that caused scheduled scans to ignore asset group exclusion settings if they were present in the site configuration.
  • We fixed an issue where scans for the smtp-general-vrfy vulnerability check would return a false positive if the server returned a 554 error code.
