New

  • Data warehouse Reintroduced date. The Reintroduced vulnerability date data is now available in the following data warehouse tables:
    • fact_asset_vulnerability_instance
    • fact_asset_vulnerability_finding
    • fact_asset_vulnerability_finding_date
    • fact_asset_vulnerability_finding_remediation
  • SQL reports Reintroduced date. We added the Reintroduced vulnerability date to SQL reports for the latest reporting data model version (2.3.0). This change adds the Reintroduced date field to the fact_asset_vulnerability_age table and corrects the First Found date in the fact_asset_vulnerability table.

Improved

  • Dashboard filtering. We updated some terminology in the Dashboards feature for easier card building:
    • Card Query, which is a preset filter on a card, has been renamed to Rapid7 Query.
    • User Query, which is a saved custom filter on a card, has been renamed to Custom Query.
    • Query Text, in the Query Builder has been renamed to Query Logic.
  • Tag alignment. We improved our user experience by aligning the visual design for tags in InsightVM and the Security Console.
  • Insight Agent integration. We improved the performance of agent integrations.

Fixed

  • Custom policies are no longer prevented from being evaluated due to mismatching platforms. The platforms have been fixed in the built-in policies, repairing the corresponding custom policies.
  • Column alignment has been fixed for policy CSV exports with proof and remediation data.
  • An issue where reports were failing to generate for sites with a large number of historical scans has been fixed.
