  • Microsoft Patch Tuesday coverage. This release includes new Microsoft Patch Tuesday content for updated scan coverage for March 2025. Check out our blog post for details.

Improved

  • CIS Palo Alto Firewall content. We updated our built-in content for CIS Palo Alto Firewall 10 to support version 1.2.0.
  • Oracle Database fingerprinting. We improved the Oracle Database fingerprinting to reduce false negatives.
  • Oracle JDBC driver update. We updated the Oracle JDBC driver to version 23.5.0.24.07. This driver still supports the SHA1/AES128 combination for older databases (to Oracle 11). These algorithms are no longer supported:
    • Checksum: MD5
    • Encryption: 3DES112, 3DES168, DES, DES40, RC4_40, RC4_56, RC4_128, RC4_256

Fixed

  • We fixed an issue that prevented users from reviewing vulnerability investigations if the last assessment was not performed by a scan engine.
  • We fixed an issue that caused the Security Console auto-restart to hang indefinitely.
  • We fixed an issue where the scan duration for assets and nodes was displayed as the entire scan duration.
